If you say you don’t like ice cream, then you’re lying. And if you say you’ve never finished an entire pint by yourself before – or at least have gotten close – then you’re either still a liar or someone with ridiculous self control. Regardless, sometimes there’s nothing better than sitting on the couch in your pajamas, watching television with a comfy blanket over you, and scooping ice cream like nobody’s business. I got a secret for you though – you can eat an entire pint by yourself guilt-free! There was someone genius enough to invent an ice cream called Arctic Zone. It’s an ice cream that’s low glycemic, lactose free, gluten free and GMO free. In addition, it’s full of protein and fiber, and low in sugar. They come in a variety of flavors that are either 150 calories for the pint, or 300 calories. No matter how you do it, they’re still delicious and way fewer calories than the normal pint. My local grocery store only carries the cookie shake flavor, which is 150 calories per pint.
Arctic Zero describes the cookie shake as “chocolatey cookies blended into our smooth twist on this childhood favorite.” The flavor doesn’t taste that much like cookies, but it does have a nice chocolatey pizzaz to it. The ice cream is made with protein, so you can taste it, but it still has a nice indulgent flavor to it. I love this ice cream because it satisfies my cravings, but without the guilt! When you eat it, you don’t get that overly sweet, yucky feeling in your mouth. In addition, I’m lactose intolerant so I can eat the whole pint without feeling stick to my stomach afterward.
