Mexican Stir Fry

Surprise, surprise: here’s another stir-fry recipe. I know they may not seem like the most exciting food in the world, but they’re easy to make, healthy, and if done right, you can add lots of variety. I adamantly believe every college student should know how to make them. The other night I made a Mexican version:

  • Onions
  • Bell peppers
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Green beans
  • Black beans
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Peach mango salsa
  • Sriracha
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper flakes

Same instructions as before with sautéing the ingredients: put them on in the order I have above and add the following one after two minutes of putting on the former. After the cherry tomatoes are finished cooking, take everything off, put it all in a bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste and enjoy!
